STUDIOWEST EYE SHADOW AND MAKEUP REMOVER

Today I have the "eye-shadow" and "makeup remover" from the Studiowest range to talk about.

Studiowest Maaya Crystal eyeshadow –“ Goldmine “

Price: - Rs. 425/- for 4.2 g (Available at Westside stores.)

Packaging :- It comes in a sturdy black box ( typical Studiowest packaging ) with a transparent lid. It comes with an applicator. The lid shuts tight.

Studiowest has come up with pretty good stuff. The eye-shadow contains a nice dark chocolate brown, bronze gold and rich plum shade. The texture is smooth and creamy. They are well pigmented. No need to use primer. The color payoff is excellent. It blends easily. This comes with an applicator which I found decent. The staying power is good and stays intact for 6-7 hours. These are perfect shades to create that dramatic look. These shades will suit all skin tones. Its very affordable for what it does.

Studiowest Makeup Remover

Price: - Rs.245 for 100ml

Packaging: - The product comes in a transparent bottle with black flip open cap. The cap is tight; no fear of leakage. The ingredients and other details are printed on the bottle. The font is too small makes it difficult to read.

Direction to use:- Shake well to mix two phases. Moisten a cotton ball and gently stroke the entire face to remove makeup. Repeat if required.

The texture of this makeup remover is bit on oily side. Before use you need to shake the product well as you can see two phases. The performance of this makeup remover is decent and not that good. I used it to remove eye makeup and in two swipes its clean. The disappointing part is that it leaves an oily cast behind which I find messy. If u have oily skin you won’t like this one. I would go for better options than this one though.

Overall, This range has quite impressive stuff to try out. So far I have liked all their cosmetics yet the makeup remover disappointed me a bit otherwise its great range for affordable price.
